Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto piacevole. La casa è confortevole, ben curata e dotata di tutto il necessario per sentirsi subito a proprio agio. La posizione è eccellente, estremamente centrale e comodissima per muoversi a piedi e raggiungere i principali punti di interesse di Bologna. Il proprietario è stato gentile, disponibile e sempre attento alle nostre esigenze. Un alloggio che consigliamo senza esitazioni e in cui torneremmo volentieri.

"Cómodo y céntrico"

El anfitrión muy simpático y hospitalario. Había algunas magdalenas para desayunar. La ubicación es perfecta. Tiene varios restaurantes debajo y el comienzo de la avenida principal a 1 minuto.

Hay que subir bastantes escaleras; por tenerlo en cuenta si se va con maletas muy pesadas o personas con movilidad reducida.

Posizione strategica: vicina alla stazione e alle principali attrazioni della città. Il proprietario è stato inoltre disponibilissimo anche a farci fare un late check out. Luca è un host molto cordiale.
