Padrone di casa molto accogliente e gentilissimo. Appartamento centrale, pulito e molto carino.

We were a group of four girls and arrived at the apartment on Monday, May 26th, completely exhausted after a long day of driving. Unfortunately, what we encountered was truly unacceptable. The place was filled with an overwhelming artificial air freshener smell, clearly used to cover up unpleasant odors. The scent was so strong that we all started coughing and found it difficult to breathe. The floors, sofa, and bathrooms were covered with long black hairs. Even worse, the bed sheets and pillowcases also had hairs and visible dust, making it clear that the apartment had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. We immediately contacted Luca, who thankfully responded, but we were forced to wait two hours for someone to come and clean – wasting our entire first afternoon and completely ruining our mood. The next day, things got even worse. Although we had arranged to leave our luggage inside the apartment until our departure for the airport (and had received confirmation to do so), when we returned to pick up our things, the new guests were already inside the apartment – while all our personal belongings were still there! To top it all off, we noticed that the beds had simply been made again using the exact same sheets and blankets we had slept in the night before, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. A truly awful and disappointing experience. We would never stay here again and definitely do not recommend it to anyone

The location is very good with great restaurants nearby. The city centre is just a short 10 minite walk away. The friendly host Luca was always available for any advice or assistance. Bologna is a beautiful city.

A few minor maintenance issues : The upstairs door on the landing and the bedroom doors were quite difficult to open and close. The upstairs shower - the bracket is lose so shower needs to be hand held. The handles on the living room & bedroom windows are very loose. Only minor issues but need attention.

Surroundings an the light

The apartment is bright and charming with a cozy atmosphere and a fantastic location offering a nice view. Unfortunately, that wasn’t quite enough for us. At this price point, you expect the apartment to be properly cleaned and equipped to accommodate five people for several days – for example, with enough tableware to at least have breakfast together. Sadly, that wasn’t the case. It felt like everything had been done on a budget. In addition, there was a constant unpleasant smell in the apartment that couldn’t be aired out – and it gave the impression that it might be masking another, even worse odor. All in all, we unfortunately cannot recommend the apartment, even though it had potential. With a thorough cleaning and a bit of care, it could be significantly improved.

Excellent location in the centre of Bologna. Very detailed directions by the host to het to the apartment from the airport.

I couldn't find any utensils

1) Location was great right in the center where all the cafes and restaurants are.Everything is on walking distance 2) The apartment is warm , spacious and cozy.

1) During our stay the WiFi was not working the host said there was a problem in the whole building. 2) Before accessing the apartment there is a steel door on the floor which was hard to unlock
