The location was brilliant, near the town centre square. We loved having two bathrooms with showers. We realised the first morning, there was no hot water for the showers, however, the host came and fixed the boiler as soon as we pointed it out, so not really a problem.

It was 35 degrees C, when we arrived, and the air conditioning was not really up to it. We spent a very hot sticky night. By leaving it on constantly we managed to cool it down to around 25 - 26 decrees for the next night.

This is in a great location and you can easily access numerous tours, activities, restaurants, and shopping from this location.

This was a case of little things making a big difference. Replacing old dingy towels, investing in average mattress, providing hand soap, not watering down the dish soap to make it last, and having a house manual or guide book would go a long ways towards making me love this place. The a/c struggled to keep the apartment cool. The apartment needs a light remodel, especially in the bathroom. The door locks are a major fire safety issue. You need keys to exit the apartment and the floor. The iron gate going to the exit stairs takes a few minutes to unlock if you dont know the process. In an emergency I don’t know if I could get my family out in time. The unit needs some changes but the host was very accommodating and helpful so I give the host a 10.

We had a wonderful stay in Luca’s apartment. Luca was a very warm host and we felt very welcome. The loft was well equipped, very spacious with 2 bathrooms & bedrooms and we appreciated the air conditioning especially as the weather was very hot. We also liked the delicious biscuits & sweets provided! Grazie tanto Luca!

The flat is really nice and spacious. It has two bathrooms and all the utilities. There's plenty of restaurants and bars around and great breakfast options. Host was also friendly and approachable.

Spacious, clean, close to the center. We were 6 people, it was perfect. The host Luca was very responsive,( I locked myself into the apartment, he was there in 15min) Location is amazing, it’s close to everything, it’s situated between train station and the main town square, next to the Main Street. It all was so very Italian, we love it!

Perfect location for exploring Bologna.

Great location…comfortable, clean and cozy! Owner is a pleasure to deal with!

Location was amazing. Property was very central to the lively restaurants and bars. Great coffee shop just downstairs perfect for morning croissants and cappuccino!

There was no wi-fi at all! The information was there to log in - but the server was never available! I messaged the host for help - no response.

The apartment is within walking distance of the railway station. It is also very close to the main square (of the historic centre) and lots of restaurants. The staff arranged early check in. Each room has its own bathroom. There is a large dining table and plenty of seating. There are two keys. You can check out any time.

The bars stay open late so it can be hard to sleep. The pillows were thin and we couldn’t find any more in the cupboard. The second bedroom is a loft and does not have its own door. The toiletries are basic. Accommodation in Bologna is expensive. If we were staying longer we would have needed a washing machine and a bigger kitchen.
