I recently stayed at Casa Falegnami in Bologna, and it was fantastic. The location is unbeatable, right in the center and near a lively area with plenty of restaurants and things to do. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities you’d need for a short stay. The host was super easy to communicate with, making check-in and check-out a breeze.

Perfect central location, spacious flat near the main railway station and Piazza Maggiore. Nice and helpful host. The ideal flat for a family of 5.

The flat is located right in the vibrant centre of Bologna. If you're a light sleeper, I would recommend other accommodation.

The apartment was very comfortable, but it will be better if there was more lights on it. Especially on the up floor st night it was dark.

The rooms are located in the center in a very good location.They are spacious and very comfortable even for a whole family, surely if we come back we will stay here again.

households are not helpfull, the heaters were not working text them and called them no body comes. he said"open the airconditioner on heating mode only". THE AC İS NOT SUFFİCENT FOR THE LOFT HOUSE SO WE GOT SO COLD İN THE NİGHT. Also we got electric power of when we want to try kettle in the room but boom whole electricity is go off, they even didnt come for this, we try to find the fuse box. the bed in the living room is a sofa(uncomfortable) and if u put your body part on it, its go down not stable on some dock(see in the picture). I MAKE MY BOOKİNG ALL TAX İNCLUDED AND PAID BEFORE I CAME, HE ASKED ME TO PAY A CASH OF TAX AGAIN. (but i didnt paid).

Nice and spacious house with all amenities you need for a perfect mini-vacation. Location is awesome, very close to city center, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. On top of all the above, Luca is super host. Thank you and we will definitely recommend this location to our friends.

Great location in quiet pedestrian street, very good size, very warm and clean, excellent Wifi and lovely small restaurants and shops very close. 15 minutes from train station and 10 minutes from most places to visit. Excellent security. Great that we were allowed to leave our luggage inside (and keep a set of keys so we could continue to explore Bologna) until we needed to leave for the airport at 3pm.

Some maintenance points to note!! Safe did not work. Unable to turn key to retract bolts. Handle on small window in downstairs bedroom broken. Sink in bathroom in downstairs bedroom took 5 minutes to drain and needs to be unblocked. Towels rather thin. Kitchen crockery and cutlery needs reviewing....only 1 wine glass, chipped mugs, plates missing. No kitchen towel or tea towels. Shower fittings need to be fixed. Hot water in upstairs shower not very hot. Bathroom toiletries seemed to be left overs from previous guests. It was difficult to get a response via messaging on booking.com.

We were a group of five and we really enjoyed our stay at Casa Falegnami. The house is very spacious, really well equipped, quiet,good heating and ventilation, situated in a perfect location (very near the centre but also not in a noisy area). Luca was a super host, grazie mille e a presto!
