Posizione ottima, 10 minuti a piedi dalle mura. La casa era molto spaziosa e pulita. Si trova in una zona tranquilla. Il parcheggio è sotterraneo.

Alles sauber, große Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für eine Familie. Gute Lage im ins Zentrum zu laufen (5 Minuten). Parkplatz in Tiefgarage - groß genug für Van oder SUV.

Das Schlafsofa ist sehr unbequem - selbst für unsere 2 kleinen Mädchen. Wenn das ausgetauscht würde, wäre alles perfekt. 😊

It is a fantastic apartment, equiped with everything you should need for a short or a long stay. Warm welcome with a bottle of local wine, cold bottled water in the fridge, coffe and candies - was lovely.The design is great, the own terrace and the garage is awesome. Location is 5 minutes walk from the old town.

The sofa bed is uncomfortable and very noisy. The lady who welcomed us didn't speak English, we didn't speak Italian so it was like the Activity game.

I find it more convenient to collect the keys from a key safe rather than meeting the owner in person. The check-in times are quite inflexible. If you’re traveling from a long distance, it can be nearly impossible to arrive on time, and there’s a €50 charge if you don’t make it. Additionally, it’s extremely challenging to vacate the property by 9 AM when you’re on vacation.

The office and the apartment are separated by only one room door, and voices and the telephone can be heard from the office, as if the office is in the apartment itself. Absolutely no privacy! The terrace of the apartment practically does not exist. The terrace is the main entrance to the office. Despite the fact that the ad says that it is an integral part of the apartment, it is not a pleasant stay in it considering the office. The owner, very unpleasant. On the first day, we received a SMS text message that we made a BIG PROBLEM, because the children picked lemons on the terrace, and that they would come to see the condition of the apartment before we leave, and charge for all the damage done. Despite the agreement with the owner about the time, he did not show up. We didn't have time to react and find new apartment, cause we paid this one in advance. Already upon arrival, our stay in the apartment was bittered.
