Via Chiodo Luxury Apartment

De locatie is super, je kunt heerlijk makkelijk de drukte opzoeken van Cinque Terra maar het hoeft niet. Appartement is super ruim.

Wij waren met 5 mensen waardoor we ook in de woonkamer een bed hadden staan. Dat was geen groot succes. Het geluid van langsrijdend verkeer beneden op straat is daar hard, en daardoor schudt de vloer zelfs in de woonkamer, de gordijnen en luiken laten veel licht door en het uitklapbed is niet comfortabel.

Some technical issues could be improved, such as the water pressure in the bathroom, old light bulbs could be replaced with more modern LEDs. ABSENCE OF AIR CONDITIONING!!! And yes, I didn't have to repair the toilet flush buttons during my stay (it's very good that I can do everything myself;-))

Great, very spacious and well-equipped apartment in the center of Spezia.

It would be nice to provide the keys for the doors inside the apartment (like the bathroom door).

The location is perfect and the design is very special

The location and apartment was perfect for exploring and close to several attractions, shops, parks and restaurants and within 15 min. walking distance of the train.

Location was close to shops, bars, restaurants and ferry. Beautifully furnished and very clean.

No air conditioning (which we knew beforehand). There were many fans but they didn’t have the same refreshment as AC

Absolutely gorgeous, spacious apartment in a very central location. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Easily accommodates 5 guests. Fold out bed provided. Kitchen was very well equipped. Washing machine was a plus. Elevator to the apartment however you need to climb one set of steps to get to the elevator so be mindful if you have heavy bags. The lady who met us was extremely helpful and even booked an early morning taxi for our return to the station on day of departure. Thanks.

Only issue is an electrical overload - so you cannot switch on the kettle and have the dishwasher on at the same time (we were informed but we forgot and had to go down to the entry of the building to reset it (at night).
