Lots of space, wonderful location! Host was exceptional, excellent communication.

La Spezia was rather warm and humid during our stay, would have liked AC, but there were plenty of fans to help with air circulation.

Beautiful apartment with lots of space. Excellent kitchen facilities. Beds were generally comfortable although the single fold-out bed was somewhere less comfortable for my 6’ son. Michaela met us promptly as planned and was extremely helpful with suggestions regarding restaurant and cafe recommendations as well as the boat timetable.

No air conditioning but lots of fans - not sure this would suffice in temps hotter than 27 C as we were VERY warm at night.

Size of apartment, decor

No airconditioning. Bathroom basin was blocked. Some furniture shows wear. No kitchen cloths or paper towels. Checkin and apartment in different buildings/floor. Intermittent wifi issues.

This is a gorgeous apartment. Very tastefully decorated, large and great facilities.The ceiling in the lounge is beautiful.

There is no air con but lots of fans available to use so it wasn't a problem.
