Tutto perfetto!

The apartment was a brilliant base. Easy stroll to the historic centre and its restaurant packed streets. Also the location was good as to getting in and out of town with a car, that we rented on the 2nd day of our stay. Getting to the Catania Airport is a short hop away with the €4 Alibus, which stops nearby, A free of charge parking was available at the location. The location had air-conditioning and was brighter than the Booking pics suggest. The host was communicative and helpful and tipped us off to some good food places e.g. the Scirocco Sicilian Fish Lab in the fish-market.

Location was perfect, near to station and cozy environment, in the apartment there were all the amenities you may need.

The location is perfect, walking distance for all atractions in city. The street is calm and always there was a olace for our car we rent

The location is perfect- near the downtown, easy to get from airport (just use alibus for 4 euro), Fabio was super helpful and a nice host Beds are comfortable to sleep, there were all the necessary facilities

I highly recommend staying at Fabio’s place. He was incredibly helpful, even before my arrival, by contacting me to confirm my arrival time and providing detailed advice on how to get from the airport to the accommodation. During my stay, he remained approachable and supportive. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk from the main square in Catania, with plenty of nearby spots for coffee and meals. Additionally, the railway station is only 10 minutes away, making it easy to explore other parts of the city or nearby towns. The area is safe and, despite the bustling nature of Italy, the accommodation itself is quiet. The apartment is clean and well-equipped with essentials like towels, soap, and bedding. I highly recommend it!
