The location is great, a few minutes on foot to the main square, and there is free parking in the street. The apartment is spacious, has everything you need.

The street could be noisy at night, and the stairs may not be best suited for older people.

It was very clean and quiet. The owner was very helpful and did everything to make our stay pleasant.

The stairs to reach the secondo floor are a bit steep and one of the handles is not attached very well

The accommodation was comfortable and secure. It had a well equipped small kitchen with enough utensils to cook, coffee pod machine and refrigerator. Bathroom is clean and well equipped. Beds comfortable with fresh linen. Unit is close to Catania old town easy walk. Easy walk to Alibus stop to and from the Airport. Easy walk to train station. Host is available for any advice or assistance when needed. Will definitely stay again when visiting Catania.

Location was good and price was right for the value

Missing wash machine that is one of the reasons apartments differentiate from hotels. The filter in booking was parking free and still gave me this apartment where there was no parking, you can park in the street for free if you find place which is usually the case but still…The silicon in the shower needs a change and the kitchen is really small, no complimentary snacks or something welcoming. Not for non-fit people as there are very narrow steps to go to the bed and 1 of the banisters were off. Sofa protector needs a change or a deep wash;
