The location is very good, close to the city centre and aprox. 1 min by walk to important bus stops. The flat was clean, modern and after arrival we found simple breakfast available, which was really kind. Fabio was very helpfull and informative before arrival as well as during the stay. The key handover was quite straighforward. He even gives you some instructions where to eat and drink if you're lost coming in the evening :)
