Centro Acquario Family

This is this kind of apartment where you just go wow when entering! High ceiling, beautiful interior and lots of space! Everything you need is there and the beds are comfortable! It's close to the aquarium but also to the old town.

There was no hot water, we couldn't shower the first day or do the dishes. The second day we could only shower totally for 5 minutes (the kids showered together and started crying when it went cold). This meant none of us could get clean, and we got offered no compensation for it so I guess this is standard amount of hot water in the apartment.

The freshly renovated apartment is located on the edge of the old city of Genoa, That's means, if you travel by car, the parking problem is critical. So I simply can wish you luck. Otherwise, the place is excellent to explore the city.

Good apartment, central to all what you need to see

It would have been good if it wasn’t for access to the apartment that gave me anxiety! To gain access I needed to go through 3 different codes one at the main entrance which went through, then to the main door of the suite where 4 other apartments were! The code was never sent to me and had to wait for another guest to gain entry! Then the code to the apartment itself didn’t work properly! This has happened in more than one occasion!

Clean apartment, clear check in instructions.

The showers are very small. The owner responds only via booking, the phone was unreachable. The area is not nice at all in the dark hours. Parking is far away since it is hard to find on the street near the building.

Very modern and comfortable place

The flat was clean, there was everything one needs to cook in the kitchen. The conditioner was working good.

There was no key in the safe at the door where the key was supposed to be. Though we arrived at the time of check in, the host didn’t answer the phone, sms or at Booking. We got in the house only with the help of other people who lived there. We also didn’t actually know the code for the key box at out door so we had to guess it ourselves with the help of other people as well. They also told that they as well didn’t find the keys for the house door themselves and had to figure it out how to get into the house. The host started answering us in abt one hour after we tried to contact him, sending us the same code we had for the door at the corridor. I guess he could solve this problem but if there were no people who helped us, we could have just waited for an hour outside. The flat has a potential and is located good, but we would not recommend it to anyone.
