Location is good for sightseeing. Room is clean. Check in instruction was done well in advance.

I didn’t understand room is on 2nd floor in advance, although address includes the number ‘2’. Then resident people told me that this B&B room is located on 2nd floor when I tried to go to the room. If I mention one request, it might be better to mention that room is on 2nd floor. Others were excellent, including check in instructions, room, room equipment, location etc.
