The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable for a family of five. The air conditioning was definitely a plus, especially considering the high temperatures in Modena. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the city center, and there are several amenities nearby, including bakeries, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Josefina was a proactive and flexible host, and I truly appreciated her attitude and hospitality.

As constructive feedback, when we arrived at the apartment, there was only one roll of toilet paper and two trash bags available. Since our stay was for seven days, it would have been nice to have a larger supply of these basic essentials provided for the entire duration of our visit. Of course, we were able to purchase additional supplies at a nearby store, but having a few more items available in the apartment from the start would have made our stay even more convenient.

Cuenta con las comodidades que tendrías en tu casa. Varias almohadas en las camas por si necesitas más o menos altura para descansar. Si quieres cocinar, tienes las especias y lo básico para hacerlo. Cafetera nespresso. Hervidor. Menaje. Muy moderna la decoración y limpia. Es acogedor.

Lovely apartment w plenty of space for my husband and sons in their 20’s. Having a full kitchen and laundry was so handy. Location was excellent in a safe part of town w a nice stroll into town. Bakery next to the building and Coop (small supermarket very close by) Josefina was excellent to deal with. Taxi from the train station was €10 and parking in the street for my son’s car.

Great location, parking nearby. Loved Modena and all it has to offer.
