Casa Franci was a dream! One of our favorite stays during our 2 week honeymoon in Italy. We actually had a change of plans and needed to arrive a day earlier and Giuseppe was responsive and able to accommodate us. He met us at the apartment and helped us settle in. The VIEW from this place is spectacular and the air is so fresh. Quiet peaceful nights, comfy bed, hot shower (just remember to check that the water heater is on - it's above the laundry/washer). And a quick under 2hr trip to so many beautiful Tuscan hill towns. Would definitely return!

One thing to note is that Contignano is very small and charming, and we did not find many restaurants or shopping places, so you will need to drive to nearby towns to eat! We did love the local feel of Pizzeria Greenpoint in Contignano on nights when we didn't feel like driving :)

Giuseppe greeted us upon entry of the accommodation overlooking the Tuscany Country side and was super friendly! Contignano is situated about a 25-minute drive from the iconic Montepulciano town and about the same distance to Pienza, the land of Picorino cheese. My only advice: go to a grocery store and get cooking items to cook for yourself as there is only 2 places to eat in Gragnano (both are great though but not a lot of variety) and then make sure you book a car to get around. You do not want to be restricted when in this area as there is so much you have to see.

Todo impecable, con lavadora, detergente, incluso lavavajillas. Además con camas cómodas.

Se siente a veces un poco oscuro.

Pulizia dei locali, cura anche dei piccoli particolari, panorama mozzafiato e la tranquillità di un bel paesino toscano.
