Everything! Having all the possible facilities and an extremely nice view, very good neighbors and community. Very quiet overall and it felt like the time stopped.

We would be very happy to come back and stay here again. Great view. Super clean. A lot of room. Everything we needed. Free parking! Kitchen is well equipped.

The landlord is a very kind man . House is big and clean,located in a small beautiful town . Wi-Fi is working perfectly. We had a wonderful holiday!

The village is pretty and the place is homely. The place is very quiet and good for resting.

The wifi did not work on day one, and we got a mobile wifi on day two. There were many flies in the house, as it is located near a sheep farm. I did mention to the owner and they said there were screens in the windows, which we did not find. Maybe some insect repellent will help.

Very clean and good house . You can find everything that you need for your stay.

Great location - flat up stairs to top floor with a secured gate at the top to ensure dog was secure. Beautifully furnished and really comfortable - great nights sleep. Views from windows were stunning. Small shop just round corner sold everything you could need to cater for yourselves. Host was amazing - took the time to tell us about the history of the place which made it extra special.

We really enjoyed being there. Very good value for money. Beautiful views. 20mins from Pienza and montepulciano and a beautiful nearby terme. had a washing machine which was useful for us. No mosquitoes even though many insects outside - do to the nets on the windows.

Walls are rather thin so you can here if the are other gussets near you
