Casa Viggiano in the Heart of Amalfi

We loved the apartment and our stay there, we will recommend it to our friends. There was coffee/tea, milk, water, even a couple of beers! Also some tasty snacks for us to enjoy. It was way more than we expected. Vittoria goes above and beyond to make it a comfortable stay for her guests.

The apartment is much better in real life than the photos - we weren't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised how clean and spacious it was! There are 2 full bathrooms so no waiting for my husband and I. The apartment has everything you could need and more when spending a few days or longer stays in Amalfi.

The steps to get to the apartment! But you're in Amalfi and that is to be expected. Apart from that, we could not fault the house.

It was a delightful surprise to have these refreshments available, making my mornings and evenings even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to eat and visit. They were always available to assist with any questions, adding a personal touch to the experience. However, one thing to note is that the apartment is accessed via quite a few stairs, which could be challenging for some guests, especially with heavy luggage or mobility issues. While this didn't overshadow the overall experience, it's something to keep in mind. Overall, I highly recommend Casa Viggiano for anyone looking to stay in Amalfi. It offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and authentic Italian hospitality, making it an excellent choice for a memorable Amalfi Coast getaway.

Absolutely perfectly equipped big apartment, including a washing machine. Great facility!

The atmosphere of the place/building was not very positive.

The location was very close to the centre of Amalfi. The property was nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was so clean and comfortable. The hostess left us some complementary cakes and pastries and coffee which was a nice touch.

Sometimes having hot water was a little unpredictable.

İt was central and otantik place .the stairs to the place reminded me old days. we saw mules carrying the building material because it impossible to get a vehicle there. when we first saw the area we were a little bit concerned but the host said it was a very safe area. we were looking for the place we were kind of lost we saw a very nice restaurant near the house they said the owner is coming they offered us 🍸 we sat there until she came . inside the house 1 bedroom 1 living room with a sofa bed . it was very comfortable. 2 bathrooms are very handy. We stayed only 1 night because we suddenly decided to stay in Amalfi (we were already staying in Sorrento and we didn't want to go back to Sorrento and come back again) we found everything like tooth brush tooth paste she left us fresh lemon cake some fruits tea coffee etc. We very liked Vittoria very nice lady.

if you are not mobile the stairs would be problem. our friend had broken leg but she maned to climbed up and down once again we only stayed 1 night. we had everything we needed but we didn't see slippers . it's not a complaint but for future stays it could be nice maybe we didn't see. We can only judge this place for short stay .
