Space (large rooms), comfy beds, host was very responsive to messages

Lacking some utensils (sharp knives, chopping boards, tea towels, baking tray, oven gloves), no bath/shower mat in either bathroom, could’ve done with a small sofa in the living area, dining chairs were a bit uncomfortable

A great property for 6 people (3 couples) to come together for a weekend in Pisa! Francesca was lovely and communicated clearly and promptly throughout. Thanks Francesca!

There were only 2 fans, so one bedroom had to be without a fan each night. It was very hot so this made it a bit uncomfortable! A third fan (and probably replacing the other 2 which seemed old and not very powerful) would make a big difference!

Good central Location Our host very receptive to needs, and communicated well

A pity we couldn`t use the balcony, and the surrounding gardens needed a lot of care

Its location was very good.. easy to find and very close to tower

There were building works going on and we couldn’t use balcony and as there is no sitting area inside except hard chairs in kitchen it didn’t make for a relaxing stay… it’s not the owners fault about works but I do think she should have let us know before hand and we could have made a decision to cancel. Also the towels were more like large dishcloths and were not absorbent.

Location was perfect for exploring Pisa. Close to public transport. Even the bus driver was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Two bathrooms were very handy. Home was very clean and had all amenities as listed.

The location was excellent. Near a breakfast and excellent dinner restraunt. We at there for two of the nights we were there. Short walk to the train station (about 20 min.). 2 bath 2 bedroom suit in an old building. Oh yes, there was a washing machine.

The shower in one of the bathrooms was hard to use.
