Francesca House

Francesca met us at the property with the keys and maintained good communication throughout our stay in case we had any issues (there were none!). There was plenty of space in the property for three adults, with three large sized rooms and two bathrooms. We would happily stay there again if we returned to Pisa.

Excellent location near to Leaning Tower. Also close to many restaurants and shopping area. Several grocery shops nearby. Francesca was there to meet us even though our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until after 1am in the morning. She was so kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Spacious apartment in an old building in the heart of Pisa. All attractions are very close, there are many cafes around, there are three supermarkets nearby. Some windows overlook a beautiful square, others overlook the garden. Very pleasant communication with the owner of the apartment. It was a great experience in Pisa that I would like to have again)

Slightly dirty floor in some rooms.

Good value for money, excellent position, 5 minutes walk from Piazza dei Miracoli, 15 minutes drive from the airport. The restaurant right next to the location had excellent food at good prices. Big supermarket within walking distance. Well equiped kitchen and good sized bedrooms and beds. One thing that differentiates this property from similar others is that it is a real 3 bedroom home. Other locations we looked at were more like 2 beds or even 1 bed that could host 6 people. It also has 2 bathrooms which is very convenient. Last, but not least, host was great, excellent communication throughout our stay, responded to our queries within minutes and was very helpful.

Shower pressure could be a bit better, but it was serviceable. Could have also used one or two more power sockets. Air conditioning would be a good addition. I would've paid extra to have that.

Location was excellent. 2 bathrooms was important with 5 family members. Good sized kitchen as we also done some Italian cooking of our own. Very near shops and center of town. Extremely safe for everyone including the teenage kids. Authentic Italian feel to this accommodation so we will be back again! Franscesca was an excellent host who waited for us into the small hours of the morning as our flight was delayed.
