Several aspects of the accommodation need improvement. During my stay, I noticed cobwebs, stained tablecloths, and a lack of basic amenities such as shower gel. There were no mosquito screens on the windows, and neither air conditioning nor a fan was available, despite a fan having been requested. In addition, there was visible mold near the bedroom window and in the bathroom. Besides being unpleasant to see, mold can also pose a health risk and should be addressed promptly. With better maintenance and attention to cleanliness, the property could offer a much more comfortable experience for guests.

Idéalement placé dans un petit village très charmant. Accueil impeccable. Chambre sobre et très confortable, logement charmant.

Mi è piaciuta la vista lago dalla camera in cui ho alloggiato con mia moglie, cosa non presente in tutte le camere. L'atmosfera che dava il posto, un vecchio edificio a più piani ristrutturato. Parcheggio pubblico a pochi metri previa salitella. Posizione comoda, in macchina, per raggiungere le principali località del Lago d'Orta e del Lago Maggiore. Incredibile silenzio notturno. Ristorante con buon rapporto qualità prezzo nelle immediate vicinanze

Le lenzuola erano pulite ma piuttosto logore. Il piccolo giardinetto non era ben curato e pareva che, al di fuori delle stanze, non ci fosse molta cura all'aspetto estetico. Per raggiungere i piani si consideri delle scale un pochino ripide.
