Appartamento ristrutturato in chiave moderna e con buon potenziale. Check-in automatico molto comodo, posizione ottima e casa ben riscaldata. Comunicazione con il proprietario buona.

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di più cura e manutenzione, soprattutto nella pulizia e nei piccoli dettagli di tutta la casa. Gli asciugamani erano molto rigidi. Presenti rumori dal piano superiore di notte e il portone dello stabile non si chiudeva bene, era sempre spalancato. Pulizia da rivedere.

Me plqeu vendodhja. Ambienti ishte i rikonstruktuar. Cacafet ishin te bardhe dhe kellefet e jastekeve me tantella. Banja ishte e rikonstruktuar

Struktura nuk ishte e paster. Ishte bere nje pastrim siperfaqesor. Telekomanda nuk punonte. Siper kishte shume zhurma sepse nuk ka izolim por vetem nje tavan te holle. Jorganet nuk kishin carcaf zarf dhe kjo eshte problem per higjenen. Koka e dushit ishte e demtuar dhe rridhte uje. Vinte ere nga sifoni i banjes.
