"Ottima base per visitare Ortigia"

Posizione ottima e Giorgio ottimo host, ci ha fatto il permesso per la ZTL, ci ha tenuto il parcheggio nonostante il nostro ritardo, ci ha formito preziose info su dove andare e su dove non andare a mangiare. Veramente ottimo.

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare difetti, il materasso troppo morbido e la pulizia non perfetta di alcuni punti dell'appartamento ma niente di che...

"Loved the location and the host!"

The Host Giorgio was fantastic he provided excellent recommendations and made the check in and out very easy. The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Ortiga. It is right across the street to the sea for swimming. The excellent restaurants close by, you won’t need to cook. He provided coffee and water. The apartment was spotless.

Spiral stairs to bedroom could be challenging for someone with mobility issues.

Giorgio was the most amazing host. He went above and beyond with parking and making us feel welcome. He showed us maps and advised us of where to eat etc. The location was superb, everything is walkable but quiet at night time. The apartment was spotless and the coffee machine was an added bonus.

Giorgio si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e cordiale: ci ha offerto la colazione e ci ha gentilmente accompagnati dalla stazione degli autobus fino alla proprietà. Durante il soggiorno è rimasto in contatto per assicurarsi che avessimo sempre tutto il necessario.

La scala per accedere alla camera da letto è abbastanza compatta: di notte bisogna usare un po di attenzione in più

"Residenz im Herzen von Ortigia (Syrakus)"

Wunderbare Lage, man ist in 7 Minuten beim Apollo-Tempel und in 10 Minuten am Domplatz. Das zweigeschoßige Apartment liegt in einer schönen Altstadtgasse und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einfahrt und Parken, trotz der Lage in einer "traffico limitatta"-Zone mit reservierten Anwohnerparkplätzen organisiert der zuvorkommende Eigentümer problemlos schon vor Ankunft.

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist 'romantisch schwach' ;-)

Чисто и аккуратно. Камень + дерево - очень круто и аутентично. Приятный собственник жилья Джорджио.

Очень влажно, вентиляция не справляется.
