Room was very clean. All equipments were available. Bathroom was also clean and hot water was available. Cecilia helped a lot and supported us very quick. Room has a lot of informative booklets. We have stayed here for two nights with 4 persons of family and really like this accommodation.

Apartment has no elevator but there is nothing to do for this.

Beautiful, clean, spacious place close to the bus station. There were so many little extra things provided that came in handy (such as olive oil/some spices/paper towels/pizza cutter/dryer for our wet towels). Communication with the host was easy. All the famous sights are within walking distance, and there's a Lidl a couple of minutes away. We'd for sure stay here again.

Apartment is well equipped, clean and centrally located. We used the washing machine without issue. The power did trip when we plugged in a few things, but the host was quick in replying that we needed to flick the switch down in the entry hall - all good after this!

3 or 4 steep flights of stairs, no lift available, bit of a sketchy feeling to the apartment block and general area (but that might just be Catania!)

Clean, comfortable apartment with a very good location for traveling around Sicily by public transport - a stone's throw from the railway station, buses to Etna AST, Interbus buses (Syracuse, Taormina, etc.) and city buses (airport, beach). Nearby are a couple of supermarkets Lidl and something local, all the sights are within walking distance, you can also walk to the beach, but you don’t want to - it’s better to take the bus. In the apartment - kitchen, linen, towels - everything is ok. Breakfast is left for all days in a box - cupcakes, bread, milk, jams - it's very convenient to take it with you on trips, and for breakfast it's better to eat fresh croissant and gelato :) We did not meet with the owners, but they were in touch and helped with everything, they allowed us to leave luggage, helped to print tickets, etc. - just excellent impression. Among the shortcomings: Catania is quite dirty, there are a lot of homeless people and trash on the street, at first glance I thought that I had chosen not the best area, but in fact it is like that everywhere, so the area is ok. Very cramped shower - my size xs - I barely fit. Wi-Fi for tourist purposes is ok, for work it is rather weak, keep it in mind.
