This property is just opposite to Duomo… an important tourism spot in Como. so many restaurants / ice cream parlours / apparel / garment shops nearby. como lake is walkable distance… Como railway station is just 10 mins walkable just we can keep walking around and we can kill our time like anything…. and this property has got all stuffs required for a homely stay…

I don’t have any negative comments… if at all, i need to mention… then it would be the shower room - very small and my room was in the 2nd floor and no lift… but…. I didn’t find these 2 issues a big complaint….

"Sehr zentrale Lage mitten im Treiben der Stadt"

Die Lage der Wohnung direkt am Dom und mitten im Stadtzentrum ist unschlagbar. Der Kontakt mit Giorgio war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross, geräumig und super ausgestattet (inkl. Waschmaschine und Waschmittel, Badetücher etc.). Die Schränke waren gross, es gab genügend Kleiderbügel sowie auch sonst mehr als genug Stauraum in grossen Zimmer. Zwei Badezimmer, eine Dusche. 2 Kleine Balkone mit Aussicht auf den Dom und das Treiben rundherum. Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau, mit viel Charme.

Der Lage geschuldet, ist es nachts bis mindestens Mitternacht (am Wochenende auch länger) laut, wegen den Restaurants auf dem Domplatz. Kein Lift, Wohnung im zweiten Stock. Innerhalb der Wohnung ist es durch Milchglasfenster an allen Innentüren ziemlich ringhörig und wenn ein Raum Licht hat, wird es in allen Zimmer heller.

LOCATION

1) ONE OF THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT WORKING 2) TV WAS NOT WORKING 3) THE POWER FOR THE APARTMENT HAD TRIPPED ONCE. IT WAS RESTORED AFTER 30 MINUTES DUE TO FAULTY ELECTRIC CONNECTION OF THE APARTMENT. 4) THE POWER FOR THE KITCHEN HAD TRIPPED ONCE
