No one answered our phone call on night we arrived when we needed assistance.

stunning location overlooking the piazza, and steps away from some great eating places. Coffee and tea making facilities provided, comfy bed and spacious bathroom.

heating wasn't as warm as we would have liked.

sehr bequemes Bett (Matratze, Kissen), Heizung und Warmwasser hat funktioniert, Whirlpool hat funktioniert, moderne TV Software, gute Kommunikation mit Staff

Sehr laut, nicht primär wegen Piazza Maggiore (das weiß man ja), sondern wegen sehr schlechten Fenstern, die so verzogen im Rahmen sitzen, dass man Finger zwischen Fenster und Rahmen mühelos an den Ecken hinein bringt. Dadurch keine Dichtung bzw. Lautstärkedämmung. Hinzu kommt ein Loch in der Wand (für die Klimaanlage), welches nicht verschlossen werden kann, der Schall bzw. im Winter auch die Kälte kann also direkt ins Zimmer eindringen. (Wir waren Anfang November als Pärchen da, gefroren haben wir nicht.) Die Massagedüsen vom Whirlpool sind so verdreckt, dass der Badeschaum jedes Mal (!) grau wurde. Der Duschkopf schimmelt.

L'appartement est bruyant car situé au coeur du centre ville.

Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna, przy Piazza Maggiore, widok z okna na plac i Bazylikę San Petronio (foto). Apartament na 3 piętrze w historycznym budynku, ale jest winda. Apartament ciekawie urządzony, fajne łóżko, dobrze wyposażony, korzystaliśmy głównie z ekspresu do kawy. Duża łazienka z wanną. Dobrze działa wi-fi.

Der manglede lidt service. Der var kun et vinglas - vi brød os ikke om at drikke vin af vandglas.

De locatie is geweldig, het appartement is sfeervol, de jacuzzi is een groot pluspunt en de communicatie met de beheerder loopt soepel.

Super Lage Schönes grosses Zimmer und Badezimmer. Tolle Aussicht.

The location of Chic House is right on the main square, walkable to all parts. There is cafes and restaurants right outside the properties front door so it’s so convenient for breakfast if you don’t want to go far. The bathroom is huge and although the shower head doesn’t have an attachment to the wall it still worked well with plenty of hot water. The wardrobe kitchen is a useful touch but we really had no need to use it as we ate out the whole time. There are a couple of electric fans in the bedroom and a portable air con unit which kept things comfortable, especially with the large windows which we were able to leave open. Comfortable bed and a good sized room. Communication with the host was great, we would defo stay here again
