Location. Washing machine, stove and fridge worked. Wifi good.

Room very tired. Hardly any crockery or cooking utensils. Air conditioner struggles to cool room (in May).

There is no table and only one possibility to charge or use electricity

Lovely quirky romantic studio flat, Great location and direct view over the Piazza Maggiore on a quiet pedestrian lane wonderful for fresh local fish meat fruit and veg stalls and bars and restaurants in surrounding lanes and streets…. don’t bring a lot of luggage as the lane is off the main square and there’s short walk from the taxi drop off and the access is up some stairs and there’s a very small elevator..

The bathroom is nice with a large 2 person jacuzzi bath, personally I prefer a proper shower. But for a romantic weekend…

Location was fantastic , view from apartment . Yes you can hear what’s happening down in the square but that’s ok . We still slept well, the bed was comfortable

The spa did not work , a little table would have been good as there was no place to eat. The floor was it clean . There was no aircon but that did not effect us . Needs extra pillows .

Perfect location, view. You can also cook and store food in the fridge. Very practical for business.

If you have problems sleeping, don't choose it. The party ends at 2 am and they start cleaning the square and neighboring streets at 4 am. In Summer, it is extremely hot. Unless you are trained at Italian Summers with no air conditioning, don't choose this place.

Great location. Catalina was very helpful and tried to resolve the issues that we had with the air conditioning.

The air conditioning in the apartment was unacceptable. It was unsuitable for the size of the apartment. It was unsafe as the unit got far too hot and was unable to cool the room. Unfortunately we were there during a heatwave and we were there for a long period of time.
