"Great and spacious apartment in Arezzo!"

Lovely and spacious accommodation close to town centre. Laura was a friendly and responsive host and made me feel welcome. There is also a nice garden area outside where you can sit. Can definitely recommend!

A microwave oven would be a nice addition.

Einbettung des Hauses in einen großen Garten, Vogelgezwitscher und sonst sehr ruhig. Großzügige Wohnung und sehr nette Vermieterin

Mehrere Steckdosenadapter und ein größeres Schneidebrett wären wünschenswert.

"Großes Apartment wenige Gehminuten von Arezzos Altstadt"

Nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt liegt dies geräumige und komfortable Apartment mit Privat-Parkplatz. Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, die uns persönlich begrüßte und verabschiedete und stets um unser Wohl bemüht war. Im Sommer schön kühl, komplette Ausstattung inklusive Waschmaschine und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten. Supermarkt wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Für Arezzo der perfekte Startpunkt, gern kommen wir wieder!

"Hervorragend"

Die Wohnung in der Villa ist komfortabel und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Perfekt ist der private sichere Parkplatz, das Tor ist verschlossen. Die Lage ist absolut zentral, es gibt Cafés, Supermarkt, sehr gute Restaurants, einen Pasta Laden mit selbstgemachten verschiedenen Nudelarten und Saucen direkt gegenüber des Hauses, auch die Altstadt ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Einen Balkon, den Garten kann man bei schönem Wetter nutzen. Es gibt 2 Bäder, eines mit Dusche direkt am Schlafzimmer, das andere mit Badewanne. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeber Familie ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit, empfängt und verabschiedet einen persönlich☺️ Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder.
