"Great : )"

We loved Il Piccolo Ristoro; it was quiet and comfortable with plenty of space for a small family. The kitchen had everything you'd need for making a simple meal, but Arezzo is full of lovely places to eat. Laura was communicative and helpful, with suggestions for places to go. Her English is also far better than she thinks : ) It's about ten minutes walk into the centre of Arezzo, but there are bars and restaurants, and a small supermarket, in the immediate neighbourhood.

We were really impressed with Il Piccolo Ristoro, and couldn't fault it.

"Quiet & comfortable near town"

Location was ideal - a 10 minute walk to all the downtown areas, but nice and quiet where we were. The free included parking was incredibly helpful! The apartment was clean and comfortable and we would happily stay there again.

"Great place to stay"

The place is amazing: clean, cozy, beautiful and had all we need. We stayed with two kids and they liked their room a lot as well as the nice garden outside. Laura is very nice, helped us with parking, answered all the questions and was in touch whenever we needed. We’ll definitely come again 😊

"A perfect place for two old friends traveling in Tuscany."

I Piccolo Ristoro is very sweet apartment and it is very comfortable. The kitchen has a table for four and the living room has ample seating. The beds in each of the two bedrooms were comfortable. As you probably know, parking in Tuscany is very difficult. so it was wonderful to have free parking in their gated driveway. The apartment is in a great location, walkable to restaurants. Arrezo is a nice scenic town, not usually a tourist destination, but it certainly could be. And best of all, the cost of the apartment is extremely reasonable.!Highly recommended!

Clean apartment. Good positioning, in 5 min walking there is city center, a shop is nearby also. Private parking. Welcoming owner, showed the apartment and explained everything really nicely! I recommend this apartment to everyone.

"Il piccolo ristoro is well named, We had a wonderful, restful stay here!"

Our host, Laura, was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was extremely comfortable, in a quiet location. It is located in a modern part of the city, near cafes, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a pizza parlour, a park, etc. We were able to walk to the historic center in about 15 minutes. We loved our stay at this apartment and are looking forward to staying here again when we return to Arezzo.

Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay here.
