"Exceptional"

Lovely apartment, spacious and attractively furnished, with a comfy kitchen/diner, two bathrooms and two bedrooms, a bit of garden, and even a washing machine. Laura was a sweet host, very hospitable, and even picked us up at the train station. There is an excellent supermarket around the corner, and a fresh pasta place across the road! The historic centre of Arezzo is a short walk away, but a nearby bus drops you close as well.

We loved everything.

Laura is a sweet and gracious host. The four of us arrived late on a Sunday after traveling from the West coast of the U.S. Laura came and picked us up herself making two trips with her personal car. The apartment and location were perfect with local wine, cheese, and meat shops on the same street. The apartment was spotless, well stocked, with a beautiful backyard as a bonus.

Laura our host was so helpful. After spending a few weeks in hotel rooms it was lovely to have a spacious but cosy apartment. The accommodation was pristine and it was only a short walk to the centre of town. I would highly recommend Il Piccolo and it is really great value for money.
