Scudaniglio Apartments

La ubicación cerca del centro histórico y a dos cuadras de la playa, el apartamento moderno, no le faltaba nada, cocina completa, snacks de bienvenida riquísimos, sombrilla y reposeras para usar y llevar a la playa eran disponibles, fueron unos días en familia hermosos. Lo recomiendo.

The appartment was very spacious with two loft/mezzanine bedrooms. It was clean and had all the things we needed. The host was very helpful and made contact both before arrival and during our stay. She responded to issues promptly. We were able to park our car right outside and it cost appx €10 to park using an APP called EasyPark which was really easy to use and which we were also able to use in Marsala.

On arrival it was necessary to call the host to get the code to open the front door to the building of the appartment. This was not made clear in the information provided prior to arrival. There was another code to get the keys from the key box by the door to the appartment. Although there was a lift to the appartment, within the appartment there were open staircases to get to the bedrooms. The bathroom was not on the same floor as the bedrooms. I would not recommend this appartment for people with young children, mobility difficulties or who need to get up in the night to use the bathroom!! The appartment was on a fairly busy main road so it was necessary to keep the windows closed at night. No sea view as advertised.

Big 2rooms with the double size bed and one big sofa bed. 2 bathrooms(both of them has shower). Tv with the youtube and Netflix made our experience more colorful and cozy. close to the small beach and city old town(full of awesome restaurants and bars) also 10 to 15 min walk from the room to the port that u can take the ferry goes to other islands(Favignana, Revanzo, …) If you guys are thinking about a vacation with your friends or families, this place will be the best choice. In the morning, you can visit a great cafe which sells great coffee and breads by 3min walk/ an outside restaurant which sells great Italian street foods near little fountain square/ a good Italian street sandwich restaurant. For lunch or dinner, you can find great restaurants in old town( center of city). And also there’re a lot of great bars which sells great Italian beer and alcohols for cheap prices. All this great things in this city, Trapani, is maximum only 15min walk away from this apartment. This is one of the best apartment I visited in Sicily.

The apartment was exactly as in the photos, communication with the host was clear, we were given clear instructions about the accommodation and the whole process. The apartment was clean and ready to enjoy. On arrival there were snacks in the fridge and in the kitchen.

The price of bed linen was not included in the price in the Booking page.

Location is great and host helpful. Apartment is large with two mezzanine bedrooms. Good information and plenty of snacks and drinks left by host.

Stairs a little noisy as is the local traffic late at night.

The apartment was spacious and was in a good location.

On booking, we did not see an extra charge for a linen fee, it was not until after we reserved that we get an email telling us it was an additional 60 £. Besides booking through booking.com we had to sign a long additional rental agreement were the linen fee was thrown in.so it was not a very transparent process. Also the room we booked claimed to have a sea view and showed a terrace but our room had neither. We did not see that all bedrooms were loft style bedrooms with steep stairs and no railing and not close to a bathroom which was a hazard for seniors especially to transverse verse at night.

Staying at Maria Rosa’s apartment was the perfect decision for me and my family. The apartment is beatiful and comfortable. It has great ventilation and views. We found everything we needed. It is walking distance from shops, the beach and restaurants. I would definitely go back and recommend. Maria Rosa is a good host.

The location is very convenient to access the local beach, also close to the old town and close to restaurants and cafeterias.

A spare key might be a good idea, for when some family members leave the house and some stay in the house.

Great terrace for having meals and sunbathing. My son loved having so much space to play as it was very hot in the afternoons. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The apt is only a few streets away from the supermarket and beach. Bus stops in front of the building. Lots of parking in the area if you have a car.
