"Home away from home"

This is a fantastic place to stay in Cinque Terre! Paolo was so friendly, provided us with heaps of information & even gave us a bottle of wine from his vineyard & some Limoncello! The apartment was very well stocked with everything you would need. It was just around the corner from the train station & close to the beach, supermarket & restaurants. We had a fabulous time & only wish we could have stayed longer!

The property was exceptional and very well equiped with everything you need and more ! 10/10. The view from the bedroom and balcony was perfect and the apartment quite spacious. It was also very clean. We stayed 4 nights - Paolo our host was so welcoming and spent time to run through the apartment. Great with communication and prompt. He welcomed us with wine he had made and a limocello. There is a supermarket downstairs which is very convenient. An easy short stroll to train station

Paolo's apartment was perfect for our stay. It was clean, modern and all the services suited our needs. The location was very near the supermarket, many restaurants, the beach and the train station. Paolo was warm and welcoming and we would love to back.

We had issues connecting to the wifi, apart from that everything was perfect.

Paolo was the most amazing host. He greeted us with open arms and made a huge effort to make us feel at home. He helped my hsuband carry up all our heavy luggage and even gave us a little welcome gift!! The apartment was gorgeous and renovated with air con and clean bathroom and rooms. The main bedroom was large and had the most spectacular view of the ocean. The apartment location was unreal..so close to the main strip in new town monterosso and beaches. 10/10 would definitely come back. My family of 5 fit easily!!! Thanks Paolo

Paolo was the perfect host. His apartment has absolutely everything you could need. Great washing machine and clothes line, fully equipped kitchen with every possible utensil. Absolutely PERFECT location (5 mins from train!!!) LIFT and flat ground to home to wheel luggage and great for elderly as well! we loved the amazing view from the verandah and our bedroom. Airconditioning worked great and he even gave us a gift and checked on us throughout our holiday! 2 mins walk to swimming free beach and beach umbrellas , towels and even rain umbrellas! Thanks Paolo for the most perfect apartment for us

Our host, Paolo, was wonderful. He made sure he was waiting for us when we arrived and was in regular contact before and during our stay. He made our arrival and subsequent stay in Monterosso easy and memorable. We highly recommend staying here.

Paolo was true gentleman, the location was perfect, it was spotlessly clean. there was plenty of room for our family of 5 (adults and teenagers)

Greeted at the accommodation by the owner and was offered lots of useful information. Great location, near the train station and beaches. Modern interior and well maintained.
