This place is amazing, it really was like having your little bit of Sicily for a few days. Stunning apartment in a great location. Noto was beautiful too.

Nothing, probably not suitable for someone with mobility issues due to the spiral staircase but otherwise it’s perfect

Nicotera is not only a beautiful and well furnished apartment, but amazingly well equipped with all you might need, specially if you are traveling with kids. We loved it so 100% recommended.

Nicotera was the best apartment we have stayed in. It has an excellent position, very close to all the attractions, while being very quiet and private. It is spotlessly clean, and I do mean spotlessly. We have stayed in much more expensive, but rather rundown and dirty places. Nicotera is run professionally, with attention to detail. It's comfortable and very well thought-out -- fluffy thick towels, nice toiletries, comfortable bed, perfectly equipped kitchen. And everything works! Kitchen not only had all the essentials, like tea/coffee etc, but also all necessary cleaning materials, washing machine detergent etc. Paolo is a super host -- very knowledgable and helpful. He organised our airport transfers, which went without a hitch. He was in the apartment to welcome us on arrival and gave us the most comprehensive guide to all the local amenities and places to see and go. He was always available if we needed him. We could not have wished for a better stay.

Nothing. Noto is a special, beautiful place and Nicotera is a lovely apartment.

The apartment was great, centrally located just behind the main stairs the bring to the main street. The apartment was cool and extremely well furnished. The host was great and provided us with lots of useful information. I will definitely recommend it.

interesting, evocative apartment, spotlessly clean with everything you could need. The friendly hosts had left water, juice, milk, fresh coffee and more. five star hotel standard bedding and towels.

it was super hot on the little balcony but that wasn’t the owners fault- a very hot summer.
