Nice big apartment in a quiet part of Tivoli, Carlo was a fantastic host and had a great starter pack for us with when we arrived. Will definitely stay again

L'appartamento è molto pulito e il proprietario veramente disponibile. La vicinanza al centro lo rende in una posizione comoda e il fatto che ci sia il parcheggio incluso è di enorme aiuto.

Eigenlijk alles. De ontvangst door Carlo zelf, Het gemak en comfort van het appartement. De kleine attenties bij aankomst. De ondersteuning van Carlo tijdens het verblijf. Dit verblijf was voor ons, na 30 jaar verblijven huren in Italië, veruit het beste verblijf. Ik heb 15 dagen mijn huishouden zoals thuis kunnen doen. We deden zeer veel uitstappen met de wagen overal in Lazio en het feit dat wagen 's avonds in een afgesloten privé gebied kon staan was zeer belangrijk voor ons.

Het hoogteverschil tussen de restaurant area en het appartement. Een restaurant bezoek, met een beetje wijn, deden we te voet. en dat was lastig klimmen voor ons. We zijn 76 jaar.

The apartment was a 10. Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher were great. Provided breakfast with croissants and jam or Nutella and juice. Car park was just outside the building and very safe (gated). Carlos was such a good host. Very attentive to our needs and at hand to meet any issues as he was staying in the same building too. Responses to what's app was instant. Rooms and bathrooms are perfect for a very comfortable stay. Even provided portable heaters when we first arrive feeling cold. Lifts were also working well so no issues for the elderly or luggages. Cannot ask for more. Definitely will return to stay.
