Casa Lorenzo

Francesco was an excellent host, we had communication with him a few days earlier than our departure which was very reassuring. He gave us some excellent local recommendations and checked (by message) each day to ensure we were happy in our stay. The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed and more. There was drinks and extras, which was a lovely touch. The location of the apartment was excellent. Overall brilliant!

We were right next to the supermarket, next to the restaurants, in the city centre. Location is perfect and has all we need. The host was always very helpful and friendly

The host was excellent and beyond helpful, was in daily contact and always there to assist with any enquiries about the area, transport, booking transfers and recommendations for eateries etc...the host Francesco went above and beyond 110%. The location was excellent, central to everything. The apartment was clean and very spacious with all amenities you could want, supermarket next door and all restaurants seconds from your door. Views panoramic from your door of Etna/sea and mountains which was amazing. A very modern and equipped apartment with all you would need, including a free selection of drinks-milk and complimentary alcoholic beverages, and small snacks as well shower gels. Thank you for making our stay so welcoming and special. Those extra touches are so nice.

Sink was leaking slightly

The apartment is perfect and a host couldn't do more for the guests. The fridge is stocked up and he's always on messenger offering advice. And is close to everything in Taormina—next door to a grocery store.

Being close to a grocery store had its upsides and downsides. A downside is a terrible racket from 5 a.m. This messed with our vacation quite a bit because we didn't get enough sleep. I think it's important to point out. Or we had bad luck.

A spacious apartment in the very historic centre of the city, just a couple of steps from Porta Catania and the parking house. Clean, well equipped (incl. washing machine), with a very nice bathroom and a shower. Some coffee, tea, soft drinks, and even some beer and prosecco were provided for free. The hospitality of the owner Francesco was simply amazing. He contacted us immediately after the booking, offering any advice that would be needed. He provided us with tips for restaurants or an Etna trip operator, all tips worked perfectly. Always ready to help and advise, and very flexible (e.g. when agreeing on the arrival and departure times).

Given the price category and the type of accommodation, everything was great.
