The apartments are located on the shore (in the port) of a small fishing village Marina Grande. Magnificent view from the balcony of Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples. A small public beach opposite the apartments (you need to have swimming shoes, because the entrance to the water is on the rocks). There are several fish restaurants nearby (I liked the food in "Trattoria Azzurro") and a very small supermarket. The city center with shops and restaurants, as well as the train station and bus station are 1.5 - 2 km away, but keep in mind that you need to go up to the city center. There is a public bus to the train station every 20-30 minutes (Marina Grande - Stazione). The owner / manager Tony was always in touch, very friendly and ready to help.

The apartments themselves need renovation: dampness due to the lack of sufficient ventilation, poor drainage of water in the shower. Everything is very ascetic and minimalistic. It is quite suitable for one or two people, but no more.

This location is awesome, the beach, restaurants and local bus just metres from the door. The balcony overlooking the marina was divine!

The location was just beautiful.

There was a slight musky wet smell but got used to after awhile.

Fantastic location in the fishing village area. Close to ferries, train and buses. Great views and restaurants in walking distance. An apartment that had a washing machine and kitchen facilities and outdoor patio. Great decor. Fabulous.

A dryer would be helpful. It was intermittently raining while we were there and being seaside in Autumn there was naturally dampness in the air to limit drying ability of clothes, bath towels etc. Otherwise a very special accommodation find.

The view from the Terrace is awesome. A nice comfortable place to stay. Lots of good food and drinks nearby. Walk up the hill to town or take the bus. We did both.

Loved being able to listen to waves. The view was amazing

Twice we found fresh dog poop on the patio so there is obviously a problem with neighbors. Bathroom was not as clean as it should be. Patio furniture was rickety.

The view, was lovely, and out of the busy centre so the location was ideal. Bed was comfy and convenient having a washing machine.

Only issue we found was the mildew smell when you walked in after it had been closed up, but dispersed once aired. No tea towels but not a huge issue.

Location and convenience to food and drink. Taxi and bus are close by

Being 70 plus of age, climbing the stairs was work in progress. Once in the apartment, all was worth the climb.
