Villa Radiosa - Gruppo Stay

Easy, but going to a hotel in the middle of town defies the point of getting an apartment. Clean rooms although some seals in kitchen are dirty.

No proper parking. Small bathrooms for a family. Screw sticking out in lounge. Limited crockery for a family. Place needs modernising. Lots of clutter in house including items that could be damaged by children. Small batteries in draws could be lethal for children.

A nice and affordable apartman close to the city center of Cortina. Great for a small family or a group!

Beds were comfortable. Safe. Very clean. Fit our family well & the view was amazing.

Living/dining room could be updated as dates. Not very cozy. Also, they advertised a washing machine but it wasn’t plugged in and there wasn’t the appropriate plug. They were responsive but wanted $50 to come look at it. Would have been nice to have done laundry for our family. We were the only ones in the building, which could also use updates and care on the outside.

The apartment is spacious and not far from city centre

The building was really old and outdated. It was very bad the washing machine was not in the apartment but at the basement, which was in a scary condition ! Should have stated this in the information. Some electric outlets were not working and the heater worked well only in one of the two bathrooms. The apartment had no parking space !! The apartment is cheaper than most apartments in the neighborhood but still much needs to be improved to make it an enjoyable stay for guests.
