Villa Radiosa - Gruppo Stay

Nothing. You have to check the comments under « Hotel Aquila in Cortina D’ampezzo » to really understand who you deal with. Nothing is good, the location seems a little bit old on the pictures but it’s in reality really old, creepy and not at all welcoming. Only bonus point is that I forgot my airpod pros and they sent them through courrier I paid 24 hours later.

You have to check the comments under « Hotel Aquila in Cortina D’ampezzo » to really understand who you deal with. The first place didn’t look as good as it was on the pictures, really creepy. The second was emptier and creepy too. The heat and hot water were not working so the location we chose to have a nice view was replaced, without compensation, by a place in the centre of the village with no view at all. Both places were dirty, hairs everywhere even in the sink of both bathrooms (I have proofs). The place was so cold when we entered that the beds and sheets were almost wet from humidity. The « wifi » is a small key you put in an electric plug and seems to have a 10 cm of working radius. They have two « bathrooms », the first one the bathtub is in front of a window with no shutter, if you take a shower or a bath and you turn on the light people will see you through the window. The second there’s a shower so little you touch every cold glass panels at every movement. + the hairs everywhere, really it’s gross. They have a « parking » at 350 meters from the place, the access is so dangerous while walking because they made you go through the 15% access ramp and even with only a little rain it gets so slippery I fell and hurt badly my back (+ almost broke 4K of drone and photo camera). There’s no where a safe place on the ramp to go down get your car, you either wait to have a dry surface or you slide on your ass. Workers shut the water of the building without giving notice for an entire day, the hotel didn’t tell us and they don’t do anything when we asked what’s going on. I contacted Booking.com, they hide behind the hotel saying there’s nothing they can do, they don’t want to give back a part of the 500€ for 3 nights we paid because the hotel is refusing to reimburse our disastrous stay. they don’t want to respond to my photos and last message, still waiting after 48 hours even though they promised an answer in the 24 hours of my message.

Wierd smell, old damaged cookware, very humid. Very squiky floors and furniture, bad attitude of the owner. There was a very bad smell in this apartment. Especialy in the living room. It smells like there was living a person that didn't wash himself properly for a long time. The cookware was rusty and damaged. Pans have damaged teflon coating, and it's not healthy to cook in them. When we tell about these problems to owner, he said that everything must be ok. And when they clean apartment there were no any bad smell at all. After that he didn't respond at all to us at all. The floors at the bedroom are very squicky. At first we even didn't understand what making that wierd noise. The whole experience from this stay is that owner doesn't care about the apartment or the guests.
