Property Notes

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 23:00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00. It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3:00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in. After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs: EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00 - EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00 - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30. All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement is 01:30.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

"Apparemment spacieux et très confortable pour une agréable visite de Turin."

Le parking sécurisé pour la voiture.La proximité des transports en commun qui desservent le centre-ville assez rapidement.L’appartement très confortable.

La cabine de douche trop étroite.Une vraie douche à l’italienne et l’appartement serait parfait.

"Buen apartamento pero regular zona"

El apartamento era amplio y cómodo. Se dormía bien, era silencioso. Para el precio que tiene, está bien. Facilidades al hacer el check in y check out.

La ducha muy pequeña y algo sucia. Para el sofá cama solamente había una sábado y una manta fina, si se tiene que utilizar como ha sido nuestro caso, pasas frío. La calefacción solamente se pone 5 horas al día. La ubicación no es la mejor, cogimos taxi en la noche porque nos daba respeto la zona y algo alejado del centro. No obstante, por el precio, no está mal.

Найбільший плюс, це паркування, хоча заїхати і виїхати було не просто в ті ворота )) Квартира велика, спати було добре, на кухні все є для приготування чогось. Близько до зупинки 11 автобуса, що їде в центр. Пішки 30 хвилин.

Те, що і писали раніше, хоч мінімум на кухні для приготування, сіль, кави хоч на приїзд. Ну і зимове опалення квартири лише 2×2 години в день. До цього треба звикнути, мерзли трохі. Але напевне так живуть більшість в Італії? Беріть взимку теплі речі ходити по кімнатах.

La casa non era male, peccato per il servizio Clienti e Assistenza da cancellare.

Bagno senza luce, segnalato e ancora adpetto l'intervento. Check-out da fare tramite un link che sarebbe dovuto arrivare alle 10, non e' mai arrivato, nessuna risposta ne' a chiamate ne' a messaggi. Abbiamo dimenticato dei prodotti in frigo e chiesto se ci li potevano spedire, dopo chiamate e messaggi ci e' stato risposto che non era stato trovato nulla, nostro errore ma l'ospitalitä e' qualcos altro.

Excelente alojamiento, muy confortable y muy limpio. Bien ubicado, sin estar en el centro de la cuidad, pero muy bien comunicado con transporte público. Barrio tranquilo.
