The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 23:00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00. It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3:00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in. After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs: EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00 - EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00 - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30. All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement is 01:30.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The property has enough facilities to stay there without any complaints. There are two balconies, a kitchen, a TV, a sofa and tables with enough chairs, so everything was fine from this point of view. The host was so kind and helped us with everything. Also, we received help to take a second key and to make an easy check-out when our trip ended. The location could be better, but it's near the city center and there are ideal transport connections, so this is fine from my point of view. The price is also considered a significant value in the overall property rating because it's reasonable and suitable for almost everybody.

We liked everything, but I noticed a few things that could improve the overall comfort of the property. There are not enough contacts for phones to charge. In the wardrobe, there are so many blankets, so it's hard to put your things there, but if you are good at Tetris, you will find an easy solution to put all your things there. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was the shower — it's really small, and if somebody has a bigger weight, like my friends, he will be uncomfortable about this.

"Everything is like in description of the apartment."

Close to city centre, shops, Allianz stadium. Apartment is was clean, spacious, comfy beds and we loved the 2 balcony’s.
