Villa Olimpia - Gruppo Stay

in comparing other apts we have stayed in the kitchen could have been a bit better supplied..... ie salt, pepper, sugar, some coffee or other condiments to start our stay.

Checkin instructions need updating, we wasted time locating the exact unit and how to access car park.

The instructions about finding the parking garage were very unclear. There was a picture of the incorrect parking garage on the instruction sheet so I had to drive back to the key pickup location and clarify the instructions with the individuals there. There was also a note saying that the correct parking spot would be labeled by StayInCortina but this was not the label that was above the parking spot, which I again had to clarify. If the instruction sheet was updated the trip would have been a lot easier.

Location, location, location. Great accomodation for big party as loads of space. People at reception really helpful with direction and answered any questions we have

Location was great and beds were comfy. Staff at check in were very very helpful and nice.

So bare bones. No coffee, not even salt or pepper. Very expensive since and very loud with the construction next door
