Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit toller Dachterrasse und sehr guter Lage um schnell in die Innenstadt zu kommen oder aus der Stadt um umliegende Buchten zu besuchen

L'emplacement pas loin à pieds du centre de Monopoli. Quartier calme. Appartement propre. La terrasse est un plus. La climatisation.

La pression et l'eau chaude dans la douche très aléatoires. Cuisine et équipements sommaires pour cuisiner avec peu de rangements. Accès au logement par escalier pas facile avec bagages. Difficultés pour se garer proche du logement notamment en fin de journée.

Molto apprezzabile il fatto che la casa è dotata di tutto, molto spaziosa e confortevole. Abbiamo usato moltissimo la bellissima terrazza perfetta al momento del tramonto per fare un aperitivo. Inoltre, molto apprezzata anche la disponibilità di Aurelio che si è preoccupato di non farci mancare nulla.

La localisation prêt du centre , les lits confortables , la clim . La terrasse Nous avons eu un problème d’eau chaude , Mauro a été très réactif et dès le lendemain cela c’était réparé Une bouteille d’eau nous attendait à l arrivée Appartement très mignon et plutôt au calme

La pression d’eau est vraiment un problème pour la douche . Pour quelques jours cela aurait été mais nous avons passé 9 nuits et au retour de la plage pour enlever tout le sable cela était vraiment compliqué . Manque peut être d’équipements comme un vrai four , et un grille pain . L’appartement était très propre , juste je pense qu’il faudrait peut être s assurer de la vaisselle faite par les précédents locataires car nous avons du relaver ce que nous utilisions . Attention , il est écrit 2ème étage mais il y a a vraiment beaucoup de marches par étage. C’est un peu compliqué pour se garer , particulièrement le soir
