"Stay here when you visit Varenna - beautiful!"

Beautiful historic apartment, centrally located in Varenna overlooking the town square. Owner met us and gave detailed walk through of apartments facilities, great contact throughout trip and offered additional advice for excursions with family & helped arrange airport transfer at end of stay. Very reasonably priced given the central location, and all the family slept well. Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer - thank you Marilena!!!

"Exceptional"

We took a train from Bérgamo to Varenna, a relatively quiet town. Our host, Marilena, was extremely hospitable—she showed us how to use the room facilities and introduced us to nearby places such as supermarkets, fish stalls, and restaurants. She even helped us find a horseback riding spot about 20 kilometers away. We stayed here for four days and used it as a base to explore the surrounding areas. Compared to Bellagio, Varenna is much more tranquilo. There is a pebble beach nearby, and whenever we had free time, we would go for a swim or relax by the lake, sunbathing and reading. It was incredibly relaxing. On the last day, she have some free time, so she kindly drove us to the train station. She was incredibly friendly. We were very gratefuly!

Very beautiful apartment with a perfect location. The host, Marilena was so helpful and amazing. She took great care of us. We got to experience the cute apartment of a beautiful Italian family home. The location is just perfect

"Convenient and comfortable in quiet Varenna"

Perfect location in the heart of Varenna. The apartment has a washing machine, which was a great bonus for us as we had been traveling for many days before arriving. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with great views.

The church bells ring at 7am every morning which would wake us up. No AC.

The property was located at a central area, very close to the markets, the ferry and the two famous villas of Varenna (all within walking distance). The property itself was very neat, clean and well maintained. The host Marilena was a gem of a person who picked us up from the railway station and showed us around. She was super easy to reach out to and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a comfortable stay in Varenna.

The property is very close to the church and every hour the bell rings, which can wake you up early in the morning.
