Villa Le Vignole

We wanted to stay somewhere with an authentic Italian vibe and villa le Vignole delivered perfectly. It was like staying with family with access to the whole villa. Plenty of places to chill, eat and relax. Luca, our host was super friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. We are big animal fans, so we loved sharing the villa with 5 cats and the adorable dog Blucher. We regret not staying longer but will definitely return one day. Thank you Luca for making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

TEverything was perfect! The hospitality so good from the whole family, especially Luca. The garden was lovely with so many spots to sit eat and relax and enjpy the amazing view. I miss the dog and the cats :)

Luca is a fantastic host and we received a very warm welcome- really impressed. Wonderful view from our top floor kitchen window and use of a spacious, well-kept garden in a beautiful home. The children loved the pets, bubble pool and playing tennis. We enjoyed our meal under the colonnades on our last night, overlooking the beautiful Lake D'Orta. Close to great corner shop for self catering and walking distance from traditional Italian Ostieretta.

So much to like about our stay at Villa Le Vignole. Firstly the hosts, Luca and Melissa - both very accommodating and happy to provide thoughts on places to visit etc. Also, my wife had a cold, and they were very helpful with directing us to the appropriate pharmacy too. Location - in the hills with fantastic views over Lake Orta. On the outskirts of a small village, very quiet, with a local store for supplies a very short walk away, and four kilometres down the road to Orta San Giulio on the lakefront. 5km to Armeno for larger supply needs (supermarket). We stayed 12 days and explored both Lake Orta and the surrounding lakes as well as the stunning mountains nearby. Tasted some wonderful wines nearby (Gattinara) and had a wonderful time. We could have stayed longer. Thank you!

Hard to think of anything negative at all! Maybe a toaster but not a biggie as had alternative ways to toast bread. Being in a small village the roads are narrow too but you get used to it pretty quickly :)

We liked the property’s location on a hill overlooking Lago d’Orta and being outside of town, in a peaceful place. The host, Luca, was very friendly and most helpful in every way, recommending a close Osterietta which was excellent, so we did not have to go into town as we arrived in the evening. We had a ground floor appartments and the bedroom was very nice and airy, and the bathroom and kitchen areas very clean. Excellent location to visit surrounding sights. We only stayed the night as we were passing through and look forward to coming back.

Perfect, the owner came with fresh croissants.

The welcome of the host was perfect. He took care of all the needs and was interested in our convenience in the location. Arranged parking. Security arrangements of gates around the house . The view from the house to the lake is excellent, the place is quiet and tidy, I definitely recommend the place. Thanks to Luca
