Appartamento Villa Cristina

Everything was perfect - good and spacious kitchen, air conditioner, which really helped during hot days, private parking space. The host was very hospitable.

I am a frequent traveler and usually rely on the ratings at the booking.com. When we have arrived to the apartment, we have discovered that the beds' sheets were not changed after the check out of the previous guests. The beds were covered with the hairs and were smelling. We called the owner, who has come to check, and she was still insisting that everything was clean. But she did a "favour" by giving the clean sheets to us. She was rude and screaming because we bothered her because of such "little" thing. Overall the apartment was dusty and bathrooms were smelling, which we could live with, but the clean beds were the absolute minimum we could expect from 9.4 rated apartment.

Lovely cosy apartment.Very reasonable size. Perfect for our family of 3. Parking onsite is a huge bonus! Cristina was very responsive and open to answer all our questions.Highly recommend staying at Cristina's.

We were welcomed by the host, Cristina, who was brilliant. Handed us the keys, gave us a brief explanation of the facilitites in the apartment and some pointers as to where to eat and what to visit in Genoa (her love for this city is clear!). With the car parked securely, we could walk around the Nervi area of Genoa with peace of mind. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment seems to have been recently renovated and had all we needed for a few days' stay. The highlight was opening the windows in the morning and getting a view of the sea in the distance. Would love to visit again!

This is a unique property in the area. Quiet surroundings and a very modern apartment with great appliances. Cristina is a lovely host, ready to help out and answer any questions. The parking on site is very important as finding parking would be time consuming and difficult otherwise. Everything is clean and shiny. A great stay!

Very clean and comfy appartment equipped with all necessities for a stay, kitchen, cutlery, fridge, coffe machine, TV etc, kind people.

Location, a bit too far from the city center, 5-6 km and the lack of air conditioning, during the summer nights the fans do not cope.

We really enjoyed our stay. Cristina was a great host and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is located outside the center of Genova, but there is a bus stop close by so it is easily accessible.

Spacious apartment at 10 minutes walking distance from sea. Secure parking spot at location.
