The apartment is perfect, only negative, that there is no AC, when we stayed it was +34 outside, and probably exactly the same temperature inside, sk we couldn’t sleep.

"solid accommodation for short stays"

The appartment suited our needs for one night. It was clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. You could reach the city center with the bus, which stops close by. Really nice was the parking space in the patio, cause parking seemed quite difficult in genua.

It could be more comfortably furnished, everything seems thrown together. It's also a bit pricey for what's on offer.

it’s a pretty functional, immaculate property ideally located to explore the beautiful east coast of Genoa. Furniture is new and it has everything you possibly need including a pizza cutter. the host, Cristina is extremely helpful and accommodating. there is private park which is really a commodity in the area. absolutely recommended.

nothing - only careful to the external stairs can be slippery when it rains - which never does btw

We had a very nice stay. The apartment met all our expectations. Clean and comfortable. Own parking is a huge bonus. Location is great, bus 17 is in 5 minutes walking distance. We used it to visit both Genova and Nervi.
