Everything was great, the little things didn't spoil the overall impression

When we arrived, the air conditioners weren't working very well. A couple of days later, a repairman came, cleaned all the filters, and the problem was solved There are a few ants in the house, so you have to make sure that there are no crumbs or food scraps left on the floor It's a bit inconvenient that the check-out time is pretty early - we had to check out at 9.50. At the same time, we were asked to remove all the bed linen from all the beds and not leave the dishes in the dishwasher, which meant that we had to wash everything by hand after breakfast. There was a rush, but I understand that these are the rules that we have to put up with

We had a lovely stay in Desenzanoloft! The apartment was wonderful, very spacious and only a short walk (5 mins) to lovely restaurants and beaches! It is very close to the lake with beautiful walks. Emanuele and Kimberly were very helpful making checkin and checkout very easy. They were very friendly and lovely to deal with providing necessary information ahead of time and also very responsive to any requests for additional information!

Location was great, size of the property was amazing and so was the view. Our host was very friendly and helpful.

Very very minor thing, but the dispensers in the bathrooms fell off the walls immediately and obvious that it had happened before as only stuck on the walls.

Location was fabulous. Very short walk to the ferry or into town. Living area and pool was fabulous. Kitchen was well equipped. Has a lift although not really needed except for luggage. Has two car parks. Two of the bedrooms look onto the pool and have balconies which is really nice. The lake is just across the road. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hosts were very helpful and quick to reply to any queries we had.

We were expecting 4 bathrooms but it was actually two full bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower and 2 toilets with wash basins. We were 7 people but we managed. The pillows are so lumpy and really need to be replaced.

The apartment is lovely. It is four bedrooms, we thought it was tree, so even better. The pool area is also very nice. Location is very good, close to everything.
