Clean and big apartment with good location

1.The bath shower door is not sealing very well where water go out. 2. One of the small toilet which have the clothes washer does not have light. 3. Their check out time is too early at 10:00 am and I requested to extend for 1-2 hours and my request got refused with no clear reason especially if the apartment is not due for rental same day.

The location is excellent, close to the center, and I liked the balcony’s view of the lake. The apartment is clean and there is a swimming pool in the building, which is available to the apartment’s residents. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils. The living room is spacious and the windows are large, giving a beautiful view and sufficient lighting during the day. There is an elevator, and entering the apartment from the outside is safe and requires a secret number. I really liked the availability of two private parking spaces for the apartment. The housing coordinator, Kimberly, was waiting for us when we arrived and explained to us all the information about the apartment. She was very kind and helpful and answered all our inquiries and requests on WhatsApp. I recommend booking this apartment.

Spacious, large veranda, good kitchen items. Great location to town, secure.

Only 2 sunbeds for 6 people. No chairs outside on bedroom veranda (where sun is!) Pillows lumpy and thin.

Only 1 shower to accommodate 7 people is quite disappointing. It’s not a 4 bathroom accommodation as it’s 2 toilets and 1 bath and 1 shower room. Dishwasher had been left with all previous seasons cutlery in so it had gone funny and started to rust. There was fortunately enough other stuff to use. Coffee machine didn’t work. Toilet in main bathroom needs replacing or fixing as not fixed properly.

Probably the biggest rental we have ever been to. The apartment was very spacious, over 300 sq.m., huge terraces and had everything you may need. Big open plan in the dinning room and kitchen. Two bedrooms with toilets and two separate toilets. The hostess waited for us on arrival to provide keys and all valuable information. They also had a nice surprise, a welcome pack, which consisted of wine, water, snacks, chips, coffee capsules, etc. I would highly recommend - great value for money!

It is noisy because of the main street, which runs right in front of the property. However, noise can be heard only on the big terrace and in the living room. All the bedrooms face the garden and pool and are therefore quiet.
