Casa del Capo

This is an apartment right in the heart of the market alleyways. Although the market wasn't too loud as i was expecting it to be, the thin walls and open windows of the other people living there make it pretty loud at times. Entertaining too tho for sure! An extra taste of italy! The owner left us some breakfast items and wine as we arrived late which was much appreciated.

The only thing i didn't like was the smell.. i have a sensitive nose and it was very distracting.

A fantastic flat, very spacious, nice bathrooms and kitchen, have everything you need, and a nice courtyard... great location close to the market... we had good time here...

Very clean; 2 bathrooms; washer/dryer combo… walking distance to all sites.

One bedroom was adjacent to very noisy neighbours having arguments late into the early mornings. The terrace one couldn’t really sit in as there was constant cigarette smoke smell from neighbours. In fact I laid out a towel to dry there and in the morning it reeked of cigarettes. Luckily the unit had a washing machine with a refresh cycle. The main downside was the lack of natural light. I think staying for long periods would be depressing. The location though was ideal for visiting the main sites. And although the market could be smelly at times (especially at the end of a hot day), it was great to step out and have fresh fruit, vegetables and fish at the ready.
