Very nice view from the terrace. The apartment is spacious and well equipped (kitchen ustensiles, dishwasher, washing machine...). The apartment is well located.

There are presently renovation works ongoing in another apartment downstairs which makes this apartment noisy at times.

We liked everything about the apartment. The view was beautiful, location excellent and enough room to spread out. Also appreciated having a washing machine. Giovanni was also very helpful and responsive.

Apartment was a great location right in The center of Riomaggiore, immaculate well equipped Close to restaurants bar Harbor and train station Magnificent balcony and view and just was very helpful

Directions to get there Host was very helpful with videos and face time , however do request a print out if a nap prior to arriving as it’s near impossible to find holding your phone watching video and carting luggage upstairs . Travel Light as it’s 90 steps to front door carrying your luggage .

Terrace amazing 💪

the roof top terrace was great.

the toilet did not flush well on the day of arrival, but we managed to get it going. the following morning it stopped flushing all together and although we had asked for it to be fixed nothing was done when we came back in the afternoon. the owner said it was difficult to get a technician??? we then decided to leave and not stay for our 2nd night as by this stage it was getting rather unhygienic. Apart from the toilet, the pressure in the shower was very very low. Once u leave to go out the electricity turns off, so this means that the airconditioning switches off as well as the washing machine. There were no tea towels in the kitchen. There were lots of used condiments in the kitchen cupboards from previous guests. There was no lid for the garbage bin in which to throw food leftoverts. There was no one on arrival to greet us and show us around. The property is definitely in need of a renovation. We paid 900 euro's for 2 nights: a lot of money for a property that is not up to standard.

Andrew was very helpfull with the parking, nice view fron the terras and also the surprise was delicious 😀

The stairs to get to the property with our luggage was really challenging.

Location was fabulous! Large Terrace was absolutely perfect. Will definitely recommend, and we will stay here again!

There are lots of steps. They didn't bother us at all...but for some that may be a problem. We loved the reward of getting to the top!
