Apartment in cinque terre village. Not much to say other than that

Too many steps to climb to the property. Very inconvenient with bags. Shower doesnot work.dishwasher did not work and there is no dryer. There are almost 100 steps to reach the apartment. Takes you through narrow lanes and quite a few steps . Not a convenient stay if you are on vacation where you want to rest and relax

Absolutely amazing stay!! From the minute we booked the host was excellent at communicating with us and very helpful! He went out of his way to ensure we got to the accommodation safely. Instructions getting to the accommodation were very clear and the video was helpful. We had requested some extra add-ons with our booking and the host delivered, exceeding our expectations!! We definitely enjoyed our stay with amazing views of the sea. This accommodation is great for the perfect honeymoon, proposal, romantic getaway. I came to Cinque Terre with my girlfriend and happily left with my now fiancé. Highly recommend anyone looking at this place to book. 10/10!! Would definitely stay here again :)

What an incredible find! If you get the chance, and stairs are no issue for you, this is the place to stay. The reason for the stairs are how you achieve the view and the view was incredible!! Giovanni was incredibly attentive and responsive. The accommodations were perfect for us (two couples). Very clean with two queen beds (most places have fulls!) in separate bedrooms, one with the balcony. The town is so quaint. I am excited to recommend to friends and hope to come back.

Nothing. If you have an issue that makes climbing stairs difficult I would say this isn’t the place for you (or this town in general). It was no problem for our group so it was great.

View and facilities were fantastic as was the host communication.

The penthouse has a spectacular view and its own terrace, and that alone would have made it worth it! The beds are also comfortable and the bathroom is stocked with things you need even though it is an apartment, not a hotel. Giovanni, the host, is also highly responsive and offered an excellent dinner recommendation and left us a bottle of wine. My teen and I had a fabulous experience and Giovanni even recommended a porter who could help with the luggage (for not much money); I strongly recommend using his services, as not only is the town itself hilly but there are many (MANY!) stairs to get up to the penthouse…it’s worth it for the view! Oh, and there is even a washing machine, which was quite welcome. We also loved exploring all the other towns, and the penthouse is quite close to the train station and ideally located.

Through no fault of the host’s (it seems to be true in the area) WiFi can be a bit spotty, and if you cannot do a lot of stairs this would not be the right place for you. But honestly, these things did not detract from our lovely experience.

Absolutely loved the apartment! It is in a great location and the apartment itself is amazing. We stayed for 3 nights and we wish we would have stayed an extra day or two to fully enjoy the patio and the view!

Unfortunately, stairs to reach the house, however stairs are unavoidable for any property at Riomaggiore if anyone would like to have a beautiful view.
