"Close to great restaurants the pier and train station."

Looks just like the photos. Comfortable beds, even the pull out couch beds! The host was incredibly kind, and even helped us find a taxi after checkout to get to our train.

The Owner made everything easier by having the information booklet. It gave you restaurant and beach information as well as clear instructions. We loved how big and comfortable it was. The couches were great to invite people into each room. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, and silverware.. The location was great!

The sewage smell entering and leaving the building was gross, but the apartment was great!

Very comfortable, spacious appartment, in a great location.

One of the bathrooms smelt a bit damp, Description of parking available is a bit unclear from the property description. Free parking is available, but on the street and subject to finding an available space. There is no on site parking.

"Comfortable stay"

It was well equipped and comfortable

They say they are in the promenade, but: 1. You do not have a view 2. If you did you would see an industrial port. The nicer promenade begins further into La Spezia

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. In addition, the apartment had all facilities for a proper accommodation. Clean sheets and towels and kitchen with all accessories.

Lovely apartament, very confortable with a lot of details!! It was perfect. 10minutes to center by walk. Free parking zone near, very helpfull if you bring car.

"Loved the harbour close by, location and all the great restaurants. Very clean and spacious rooms."

Very clean. Great location. Easy access either longer walk or bus to train station. So glad we stayed out of Cinque Terre- felt like we had the best of both worlds.

Needed a clothes horse for our wet clothes after using the washing machine.
